Intensive Music Focus
This tuition option is designed for students who wish to combine participation in a school band or ensemble with focused preparation for AMEB exams. This more intensive approach provides students with the support needed to tackle the additional repertoire and exam requirements.
To ensure thorough preparation, lessons are slightly longer than standard sessions. Tuition consists of weekly, one-on-one lessons during the school term, with a minimum lesson length of 45 minutes for beginners and 1 hour for intermediate and advanced students.
As with all music programs, regular practice and a commitment to the school’s ensemble are essential for success in both the exam and the group setting.
